actually i think i found somewhere that has turkey necks for pretty cheap I might try those after my stock of marrow bones runs out for a good treat
With neck bones, I always add some muscle meat, as that much bone will constipate my pup!!
I add ground meat, venison meat, or heart (which is a muscle meat, not an organ)
Also, the longer tom turkey necks, if you are worried about choking; larger pieces force them to chew, compared to small portions.
My pup is good about chewing, not gulping; plus I leave her alone when she eats, so as not to make her nervous, or "gulp" to finish!
Just watch the 1st times you feed, see how handled.
I will need to watch that, I feed heidi some of my venison from time to time and and she inhales a 1lb patty in about 2 bites. I forgot to keep any of the bones from my deer when I processed them this year, I'll be sure to keep some of them next year.

like cow, I don't feed many deer bones, too hard; did some necks last year, none this year.
"Wasting" Disease in deer can be a problem in some areas, & then the spine (ie neck) should not be fed.
For bone, I feed chicken parts, leg qtrs; turkey necks; pork necks.
