Fish oil is 1000 mg per 10 lbs. of body weight. You'll need to accompany it with about 100 IU of vitamin E. When she gets a little bigger, 200 IU of E. Full size, 200-400 IU of vitamin E. Both daily.
For vegetables, I like to use the vegetable mix baby foods. They are cheap and convenient. Your leftover vegetables from dinner are fine, too. Doesn't have to be much. If I'm using the baby food, I'll give a spoon full or 2 to my 14 lb. dog. Around 5-10% of the diet. Doesn't have to be perzact, just get it in there.
I would really like to see some of the puppy people tackle the food amounts. I've never fed a puppy raw before, so have no first hand experience. Honestly, makes me nervous to hand out advice on something I've never done myself.
If nobody chimes in, I'll be glad to do what I can.

Just did some figuring, and that amount sounds OK. About 7%.
Poop should be firm little turds. If it is staying soft, you may back off on the total food amount. Just be sure to pay CLOSE attention to that puppy's weight. We want to make for damn sure that there is enough food there to support growth.

I changed the title slightly to grab the puppy experts.
I did look up the LB puppy protocol and found that they too use just a couple of spoons (eating spoons; not serving spoons) a day of mooshed produce,as you said, Michael.
Of course, Daryl, you know now to add each new meat item a bit at a time, watching poops.

I wouldn't call myself an expert, but all four of my puppies were fed raw and they survived
24 ounces of food a day is in the right ballpark for this pup. That equates to 2% a day for a 75 pound adult dog. The ultimate size of this pup is best compared to the size of her dam, but 75 pounds is in the right neighborhood.
Any of the "percentages of this or that" are just a guide to get you close to an appropriate meal size anyway. Every dog's mileage is different based on metabolism and activity. With a pup, there may be growth spurts and lulls that require adjusting the meal size. Just look at the dog in front of you, and better yet, put your hands on her. Puppies should (IMO) look like miniature versions of their adult selves, with easily discernible ribs and waists. Puppies, especially large breed ones, should not be fat.
24 ounces a day is in the right ballpark, give or take an ounce or two. Of that, I would make it 90% or more animal sources by weight. 10% or less in vegetable.

Thanks, Tracy!
And Daryl, "animal sources" includes yogurt, eggs, and anything like that.

Cooked eggs would be better if you plan to feed them often. An occasional raw egg won't hurt and many dogs like raw eggs (mine do).
However, raw egg whites contain a substance that inhibits B vitamin absorption in dogs. Cooking the whites overcomes that chemical imbalance. You can scramble, boil, whatever. You can also feed the eggshells to your dog.
