I gave the breeder a check.
The female mom lives on the property. The place in the video is a on site kennel. it's pretty nice actually. My pup is in his own very large kennel space with a outdoor run.
ALL of his dogs seemed very healthy

Isn't buyer's remorse in Illinois 3 days? I would call up and chat with your breeder and tell him about your concerns. He will either be able to supply the paperwork or he won't.
And possibly if the 3rd day falls on a weekend that may give you another day, as it may be stated as 3 business days or imply that. I don't know. g
If they can't produce the OFA papers & you can't verify them (OFA will have them on their site if you have all the info on the dog like AKC reg# DOB etc)
If you really want to get tuff & have already given the breeder $$$$s, you can always threaten to take them thru the small claims court system for fraud if you find that the dogs are not OFA'd. Don't think that they would be happy to have that done. Or even speak to the newspaper they will often help arbitrate a dispute. Just some thoughts. If they know that you mean business, they may be more inclined to refund you.
You can stop payment on the ck.

John, I sincerely wish you the best of luck with this puppy. He is very cute and it sounds like your family is all on board with this and he will be much-loved. Is Gambit part of his registered name? Is that what you will call him?
Would that we all had a crystal ball and knew exactly how our dogs were going to turn out --- nah, it's probably better that we don't.

If you neglect to take your puppy to a veterinarian for this initial examination, you will accept immediate and full responsibility for its health and this guarantee will be voided! In addition, your puppy may be returned should he/she develop a life threatening congential defect. At no time will the puppy be replaced without said puppy being returned to the seller. The seller does not guarantee against hypoglycemia, as this condition depends solely on the care and diet given to your puppy after leaving the sellers possession. If your puppy should die from hypoglycemia, THIS HEALTH GUARANTEE IS VOID AND NO COMPENSATION WILL BE GIVEN. The seller will accept return of the puppy/dog, but not for exchanges for any reason including allergies, tenant/landlord disputes, puppy given as a gift or any other reason not related to the health of the puppy under terms mentioned above. At the very top it says "Whelp Date" And next to that it has the Moms name.
Down below it says: Sir__Maxey's Norskey
Dam___ (no listing )
HENCE
Dog/Puppy Sale Contract and Health Guarantee
Breed_____Belgian Malinois
Whelp date____ Ursula Lucke (written by seller) Sex: M (circled)
Sire___Maxey's Norskey
Dam___
Type of Food_ Diamond Naturals__
-------
To me the contract doesn't look like it was filled out right by the seller because he didn't put the Dam's name down in the Dam spot (no pun intended)

No, they're listing the sire of each litter this dog has had.
Apparently she's had at least two.

John,
When are you suppose to pick up the pup? If you've paid for the dog why isn't the dog with you now?
I'm not going to rain on your parade. You've had your heart set on this dog from your first post. You've shake'n hands on the deal and paid the do-re-me.
Would I have wanted to see more of the dam and the sire?....yes.
Would I have asked and straighten out some questions before hand?....yes.
Would I have gone to another breeder?.....perhaps.
But, I wasn't making the deal. I didn't look at the dog/s. I didn't talk to the breeder face to face.
None of us did, but you.
If you're happy with your choice then I'm happy for you.
And I think everyone should be happy for you.
I wish you the best of luck with your new pup.
May he be the best dog you've ever known.
