1. No, resizing (zoom) does not change the formatting. My email service is provided by Cox Communications.
2. I'll have to pay more attention, but it seems to happen when the site loads initially and when I go to the forum list.
We've made a format change to the newsletter and tweaked a few settings on some of our web pages. Let me know if you see any difference with the newest newsletter (1/17/2013) or with the sporadic popups.
Hey Bobbie, I had the exact same problem as Duane. My provider is Cox as well. But I use Thunderbird as my email client. I went to go check my email, but now the newsletters are working perfectly again.
I am getting script error messages. Even though I opt to stop running the scripts, my computers are still locking up when I load pages from this site. When a page does load, I have compatibility issues, and it takes a long time for the page to load.

Duane, where are you seeing these popups? Do they still tend to appear on specific webboard pages like they were before? Or are you seeing them in many places when you click around Leerburg.com?
I closed the browser, reopened the page, and no script error, but the page had to refreshed with compatibility view. It stopped loading briefly after it refreshed, an it locked like it was going to lock up again, but after about 3-5 seconds, it resumed loading.
This is my desktop pc at work. I will see what happens on my laptop when I get home.
ETA; I didn't have any other tabs open. For the past couple of weeks, I had more problems when there were multiple tabs open. It almost seems like a resources or virtual memory deal on the customer side, but it happens regardless of which computer I use. I haven't seen anyone else complain of similar issues.
