I guess the same can be said for any organization that uses UScA. Don't just single out the WDA because people from about every alternate breed club and DVG members use UScA at some point.
Everyone is asking why does the WDA need access to UScA events, same as anyone else, the ability to trial.

Good point Keith, I may of gotten caught up in the passion of my post. <grin>
To be clear it has always annoyed the snot out of me that they would not accept a WDA scorebook, but I think the SV has way overstepped them self in this. Especially stating that the club could not add a surcharge to members trialing. I think that should be the decision of the ones paying the bills, the local club.
I have no problem throwing in a few extra bucks as a non-member of any organization I happen to trial at. That said I can also see this as a way to keep a checks and balance so say a WDA person doesn't get screwed over. One price for these non-members and one for WDA members. That's just plain chicken poop and you know there are people/clubs out there who are so dead set against the WDA they would try to do it. Already talk on forums and yahoo groups about everyone pays 200.00 and some get rebates, etc.
That's wrong.

But I do actually believe that that should be left to the individual club. I'm not sure what it is in most areas I know in Florida most of the clubs would like more entries and not less.
Of course if UScA would just get rid of the JA it would all be a mute point.
Judging by what I'm seeing in just two days, reading older forums on this webboard, and on other webboards, the feud will never end; there's too much bad blood and too many hotheads on each side. Now that the WUSV has resolved this issue, a new one is sure to surface. Or people like Mr. Finley will keep dredging up the past.
I just pointed out that everything the USCA did was a calculated strategy and they intended to lie and deceive the WUSV and SV beginning at least in 2003 as documented in their own Newsletter. Now they can still lie and deceive if they want but they need a new set of lies as the WUSV and SV are tired of wrestling with this pig (the USCA). Never wrestle with a pig, you get dirty and the pig likes it (George Bernard Shaw)
