Thats another part of the problem, who decides what is legit and what is not. What if San Francisco says CGC doesnt count and Alameda county says it does.
Mike, don't look for silver linings in this one. It's garabage and we should not let them have any part of it.

This is yet another problem with the bill. Where does it say what titles from which organizations will be deemed accceptable? AKC? UKC? Schutzhund? Ring Sports? The list goes on & on.
Well at this point we don't have to worry about ab1634 any longer. Apparently it didn't make it through comittee. Boy am I relieved because I still didn't know what I was going to do.

The author pulled the bill because he knew it would not pass since he didn't have enough votes. He pulled it rather than allow it to be voted on so that he can reintroduce it if he so chooses. I believe he will do just that.
