You do not need or want to give supplemental calcium as long as you are feeding RMBs properly (meaning "the way they came" on the prey animal).

For a beginner to raw, I would say that if you don't see a supplement or questionable additive on the Leerburg diet suggestions (the spelled-out 7-day diets, either on the adult or the puppy page), then you are smart to ask here and not give it until you find out.

If you have backed up to fat-removed poultry and just the salmon oil and E (and I believe that you recently added plain yogurt?), then I would fast the dog for today, and then give him overcooked white rice (really overcooked, like gruel), which can be cooked in no-sodium chicken broth to make it appealing, tomorrow morning, in small amounts, spread out over the day.
I'd encourage water intake today by baiting it (cooking a little fat-removed meat in it, removing the meat, and cooling the water back to room temp).
I'd collect the first fecal of the day on Tuesday and take it with you to the vet appointment.
I'd be prepared to listed to a raw-feeding lecture unless you have a vet who has actually researched nutrition. But I would want the fecal done.
All JMO.
