I would recommend the other dogs be switched to kibble as well.
Something tells me they're getting shorted, too... (something about ground turkey on-hand...)
What ARE the others getting?
It's weird that someone who could/would compose a diet of canned chicken for one dog would feed balanced raw to two others. Or vice versa.
But yes, excellent step!
Good work.
Cared for by 2 completely different people.
The "other" dogs are cared for by Cathi's sister. Leo by Cathi's niece.
What does she feed the other dogs, out of curiousity?
What the other dogs are fed. 22nd post down.
RMBs – Whole rabbit, pork neck bones, chicken backs, chicken necks, duck wings, buffalo ribs MUSCLE – turkey, chicken, pork ORGAN – chicken livers, pork livers / green beef tripe

Michael, could you be my keep-it-all-straight assistant? LOL!
Thank you. I forgot ALL of those details. Every single one. Until you said it.

If it meant having access to everything in the "Sutherland Dog Library", then you bet your ace I would.
This is probably my most thought about thread, so I couldn't help but to remember those details.
I was just kinda surprised that it wasn't
inquired about before anything was assumed and recommended, though. It was a long thread, so I guess it just got skimmed.

I hope I live long enough to absorb 1/4 of what Michael and Connie know about feeding raw. I'm only 53 so there is hope!!

WOW! I saw the question earlier today asking what the other dogs are eating and I was going to reply as soon as I got home which is now. BUT, Michael has my back and I don't have to do anything!!!
Thank you Michael.
BTW, my sister thinks Leo is pooping more than ever on the Wellness (but they're good poops).
In case the question is still lingering about why Leo was being fed different than the other dogs, the answer is because of Leo's vomiting they thought was being caused by raw. The other dogs do great on raw. As a matter of fact my sister recently rescued a senior dog after her ex father-in-law passed away and he was in bad shape as you will see in the photos I'm linking to (see Gizmo's before and after photos). After only a couple of months his teeth are looking clean and he's in much better shape. I'm confident that she's doing a good job with the diets of the other 3.

Thanks again Michael!

Oh boy!!!
Looks are terribly deceiving.
Connie DOES know her stuff. I, on the other hand, know what Connie has typed.
I got's no original ideas.
Barbara, I'll do you one better, and tell you EVERYTHING I know in two sentences.
Don't feed too much food, fat, or organs to a new raw fed dog. Variety is where you'll find balance in the diet.
Here's hopin'.

Watch his weight and make sure that he isn't being over-fed. I can only imagine that over-feeding would be very easy to do with a dog that small. Or maybe he is just getting use to it.
Otherwise, if the poo is good, then I probably wouldn't worry.
