Please watch his poops for shape and consistency. I agree about watching him for a couple of days. Any vomiting would take me to the vet (and in fact, as Aaron said, for me it would be another vet; I'm afraid of vets who attribute to raw maladies that are very unlikely to be related to raw in any way).
You paid for the xrays. Make sure you get a copy of them.
If he vomits even once, begins acting strange, or has a change in the consistency of his stools, I'd be taking him to a new vet, with the xrays in hand.
Well i was back at the vets lastnight because he vomited again and i dident really want to take any chances. It was late at night so i no choice but to take him back to the same vet who does emergenncy visits ,the vomite did not smell like stool this time but his stool was a bit soft.he gave him some shots to stop hime from vomitinng again and said if he is ot beter buy monday to bring him somewhere else and get an ultrasound ..in the mean time he gave me all thees pills and powders to give him .Metroinidazole,Amoxi,Famotidine,Tylan powder, and FortiFlora. do i realy want to give my dog all this stuff?did i many jump the gun with him vomiting again maby it was the change in dite that mad him sick this time ,he told me to give him cooked hamber and rice 4 times a day and my dog dosent even really want to eat it

How soft was the stool? Pudding?
The rice (VERY OVERCOOKED, and NOT "Minute Rice") is a good idea for the stool. Add some PLAIN canned pumpkin (not pie filling ... one ingredient: pumpkin). Stir in some white chicken and use some no-salt chicken broth as the cooking water for the rice.
FortiFlora is just probiotics. Yes. Famotidine is just Pepcid. Yes. The rest are different antibiotics. I don't know why this mix, but Dr. Betty may comment.
Do not feed raw while giving Famotidine.
Describe the soft stool.
And actually, the vet's advice about getting a look in there sounds spot on to me. JMO.

OK, I would want it firmed up and I would go the rice route. Many dogs like the chicken broth & chicken (and pumpkin, stirred in after cooking the rice and chicken). Overcook it in double the liquid called for, long and slow.
There is a poop-binding quality in rice and in the liquid it's cooked in.
The metronidazole/amoxicillin= great combination for GI tract infection
Famotidine= stops acid production
Tylan powder= don't know why he's using that, but there could be a rational reason, perhaps for a specific GI ulcer bug
Fortiflora= for some "good bugs" since you are killing off good guys with the above combo
Loosing 15lbs+daily vomiting suggests there's a real problem. "Wait and see" doesn't seem to be helping.
Perhaps these meds will cure your dog. If not, then it's ultrasound, more Xrays,
maybe surgery. Try med's first, and hope for the best!
