hello vivek
i was just reading your threads about your dog, what i wanna tell u is never ask any training advices from our vets in india bcuz they really dont have any idea regarding this, i ahve gone through so many wel knowned vets and beleive me they are a big zero on this.they will advice you what they have listened from their clients and local trainers those who have been having dogs from long back...i have spoken with so many renowned breeders, trainers and dog owners in her from many part of india but most of them have no idea about what a pack structure is, the thing they only learn is correcting a dog with a rolling news paper, its as common as 95% of trainers here are using this methods, they dont know what marker is...they start training with high distraction and when d dogs are unable to perform the exercise the raise their voice and start forcing the dog ...they dnt go through the learning, distraction and correction phase ,they r still teaching the old shcool forcing and rolling paper hitting methods,,, so what you can do is follow this forum and if possible buy some dvds fom leerburg to start over and always be calm which i made a mistakes few time earlier but as i am goin through the process i am being more wise and minimizing the mistakes ,now i train dogs professionaly from last one years and taking part on competetions where many experienced handler are so jealous about me bcuz my dogs performs not only well but they are so energetic and ready to do,where there dogs are like so scared and slow to perform ,you know?? most of them force trained their dog and as u said the rolling paper case mostly ,ha ha haha ha...and about the walker i can bet you that there was smthng hapnd out side while your walker tooke your dog out, either he bothers your dog by pulling or giving stress all his way of walking...u must start spendin time with your dog and make an routine where everyday u can at least spend 5 minutes(three or four times each day) of marker training and little play after the session of each training, also give him some run or sound exercises everyday bcuz a tired dog is a happy dog that other couch potatos..have a gd time with ur dog vivek.
hello to all, this is in continuation of my earlier post. i request to help me find out what the issue is which is i am going to explain. this happened two days back. there are some hawkers selling plastic balloons with different faces on them. i was on the morning walk along with my dog. when the dog reached near the bush where the balloons were placed, the dog became scary/fearful but did not exhibit any adverse behaviour except lowering down the tail. till time everything was fine.
yesterday i just came out from home and at a distance of some yards the dog was happy and ok and beyond that he lowered the tail and sniffing in the sky and looking forward and walked hesitatingly. i could not make out.
today morning the same posture was there but this time he moved forward from me like in order to escape from me/ a place to his secured place. i request you to please find out.
