its weird sometimes its like brown pudding, and sometimes its darker, but there was mucouse in it the last time he pooed.
so i gave him some left over wellness kibble to see if that would help his stool harden.
and yes i have been giving him the yogurt.
and i have been removing about 90 pecent of the fat and skin from all his chicken and putting about 2 table spoons of yogurt in with every meal since yesterday

I'd do the fasting-and-then-overcooked-rice protocol.
At this point, I strongly urge that the dog's gut have the benefit of bland and soothing food, after a rest -- food that has a binding quality (rice and rice water).
Plenty of water, though!
Regardless of the trigger, he has an inflamed gut now, and I'd want to make calming it my first priority, along with hydration.

I would just do the soupy white rice because of its binding and soothing qualities.

ok so against what was told to me i had a gut feeling and decided to give him the left over wellness tripple five mix i had left over and his last poo was solid.. so its either his stomach cant deal with the raw or its the chicken that is giving him the runns..
so what i have decided to do was keep feeding him the wellness brad dog food and add a raw meat to that, untill he can take all raw..

O.K., so now you've got solid poo.
Keep doing exactly the same thing, Wellness, for a few days to make sure that everything is back to normal.
Where I get lost is, you've been feeding raw for 2 weeks. Were all the ingredients you listed given since day 1?
You had a lot of different food for just a 2 week period.
So, wait a few days, maybe even a week, to make sure the poo stays good. Then fast a 1/2 or full day, only after the dog has had a few good days of solid stool while eating exactly what he is eating now. Then start back with chicken. Preferably chicken backs.
Post back after he has eaten chicken backs, with success for a week or so, and then we can help you decide what to add next and how fast.

I just read back through.
What did you feed him for breakfast?
When did you feed him Wellness?
I ask, because the timeline for what is going in and what is coming out sounds a tad off.

More questions and suggestions.
Looked and couldn't find this answer, either.
How much are you feeding the puppy?
Starting today, right now, write down everything that goes in this dog. Write down everything that comes out. Times would also be helpful. Start this log today. It might seem like it is time consuming, but it will save you SO much time in the long run.
This will let you see, in writing, what foods worked, and which ones didn't. The ones that don't work right off the bat will need to be added slower, but don't even think about adding new food right now. You won't have to worry about remembering exactly what you fed since it is written down.
I stole the log idea from Mike Armstrong and Connie. Wish I could take credit.
