Do you actually know what's in your food, though?
Does anyone? Is it possible to know what is in your food, when the government has ruled that its not necessary to disclose the contents on the label?

That's why I don't buy any packaged goods; everything cooked from scratch, and whole foods.
If someone buys anything packaged with corn in it, it's just about guaranteed to be from GM corn.
And Katie, as I have come to understand it, the only soy that's good for you is fermented soy, and even that should be in small doses. But our country has done much the same with the soybean as it has with corn, with all the subsidies, and now there is soy everywhere. Among other things, it mimics estrogen when consumed.
