It has been a long time I did not find a chance to log in. My GSD was 7 month old when I first became a member and now he is 18 month old.
He has been showing agression on other dogs since he was 6-7 month old. My main thought on this behaviour he was jealous (because he was fenced and he was able to see other dogs walking with the owners) and he could not play with them. Does that sound logical?
Second issue : I moved from one house to another. Now my dog has a big garden where he is free to play (although he has a fence 20 sq meters)during the day I leave him free. However, during the day the dogs are passing by with their owners and my dog , behind tall fences, getting crazy. Once he bit an Anatolian Shepherd (do people know what kind of a dog is this?). My question is whether I should be putting him beind the fence during the day? Is there a problem leting him walk in the garden freely in terms of his behaviours?
Overall question is that do you think that his main aggression problem is coming from my above explanations?
I feel that my dog is still not an adult and he is a little spoiled. Besides he has an tough attitude towards weaker dogs. Is this normal?
In the next messages I will tell about my experinces and share my ideas more.
