It's a little difficult to diagnose the extent of the problem - which is a big one - from a short video clip.
This dog's toy/food possessiveness and frustration has turned to agression that the dog has directed to itself because it can reach and bite itself. Is this same aggression directed toward any person that come close? Will this dog strike out at other dogs and people? Is it the same at feeding time? I'm sure there are a lot of other signs of aggression that need to be addressed. Without knowing a lot more of this dog's history and temperment, there are many unanswered questions and the only real answer at this point is there's a lot of work to be done.

It's pretty sad really, we talked about this vid awhile back. There was a string tied to the leg and someone out of camera shot was pulling it. hopefully this dog won't be around children
I have seen this first hand. An old room mate of mine had a Blue Dobie bitch that did the same thing. She wasn't aggressive in any other regard. She played for hours with my cat with no problems. Cyndy found that if she put her food up on a concrete block, she didn't do it. Easy solution, but it was really weird to watch her go through her routing with the food on the floor!
