I don't think those odds you gave are exclusive only to BR the same goes for many programs, there are alot of dogs before the superstars come out. I don't think it has much to do with what stated. It's just that schutzhund was here first, and FR was here first, along with others and people are hooked on what they are hooked on, then you want people to leave that for a completely different training style for a program that really only exists in one *overseas country* Without any HUGE push people are just not willing to leave the comfort of what they know to venture out into the unknown.
