Matthew,
It would normally mean that the dog can do a basic obedience healing pattern both on and off leash.
Does it mean that the dog is *very well* trained in obedience? Usually not ( as it's the entry title ), but it's a foundation for a start.
One of the things I always tell people about titles - watching the dog work is more important to make an informed decision. The title may have been rigged by an unethical judge ( that happens here in the States some too <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" /> ) so it may have no meaning, but what you see with your own eyes is the truth.
SVV is the Czech dog sport, I don't know how it compares to Schutzhund but it sounds kinda similar to it. Protection, Obedience, Tracking. How well a SVV dog performs I do not know but you'd think off leash wouldn't be a problem, however, i've seen some nice sport titled dogs still take off after rabbits n cats, so who knows.
This dog was titled in Slovakia.. on leash obedience only..tracking on his handler 2 objects.
Protection on 4 walls, hold and bark. Bite work called smoth bite, 2 hits after sleeve.
I would not be sure off leash, cause all Svv1 is done on leash. The previous owner could have started off leash training. If female.. she has the basicks only for breeding purposes.
Hope this help.
