joenovosel Webboard User Reg: 02-01-2006 Posts: 23 Loc: slc utah Offline	Hello ther all.. Im new here and this is my first post.. I have a 7 month old german shepherd and her ears dont stand up yet. They flop to the sides loke a lab. However when we go outside or rabbit hunting they are up most of the time. Do i need to worry about taping them or should i give it time. I have heard that some take up to a year to stand up . any help is appreciated thank you...

Becky Shilling Webboard User Reg: 12-01-2005 Posts: 1009 Loc: OKC, Oklahoma Offline	I think I would probably tape at this point, just to make sure that the cartilage doesn't develop any breaks in it. I used foam hair rollers in the ear and wrapped around those. Be very careful not to wrap too tightly and not to pinch or fold the ear edges.
