Hi I was wondering if it would be benefical to re-train my dog using the marker training? He already knows most of the commands, but has not went through the distraction phase well enough yet. I was just thinking it might build on the bond we have already, or would it be a waste of my time?
Thanks
One of the experienced members will be able to answer your question but I do think marker training is great and is very effective.
The other day my dog was out in the garden and my son was watching 'footy' on the t.v. A goal was scored, he screamed 'YES' and my pup came running in like lightening and sat stock still at his feet Bless him, I had to give him a treat for that
