OK, so I got a rescued Bouv instead of the one who barked at my kid. (decided I didn't care what could be done to stop the problem, I didn't wanna go there...Thanks for all the advice, guys!) The dog I did get is 4 yrs old and I plan to use her for grooming competition, not as a working dog. She isn't suitable for bitework because of her temperament and she's had surgery for a torn ligament. She's four years old. Any common health problems I should be concerned about? And is it too late to transition her to RAW or BARF or something natural over kibble? Thanks!
