What would be some recomendations as to which DVD's should I start with? If they were a buck each I'd get them all! :P but I have to have some respect for my VISA statement.
I currently have a little dog and work with dogs, so I have some general understanding of basics involved in training. I plan on getting a doberman puppy in the future and my goal with that dog would be to get into some sort of sport. At this point I think agility, but I would also like to keep a window of possibility open to get into schutzund with him if my schedule allows for that in the future.
What would be some of the other DVDs I could benefit from?
I have the puppy 8 weeks to 8 months, raising a working puppy, basic obedience, and remote collar training DVDs. They are all good, they all overlap a little, and they all refer to each other at times. I think it would be great if Ed developed curriculum road maps. So he could recommend the situation, order, and timing for getting each DVD.
The basic obedience and training through drive are both great. I just got through watching the drive dvd and it is very helpful if you plan to to advanced obedience.
Well the mail man came by today with the much anticipated little box.

Wow phenominal choices! After learning of Leerburg and watching the videos I purchased I will never look for other training from somewhere else... or unless recommended from Ed Frawley himself <img src="http://www.leerburg.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />

I must say aside from the money used to buy my dog the "your puppy 8wks to 8 mos" was the best money EVER spent! If you havent raised a pup in a while it will remind you of some very good points! And reassure you that you are not loosing your mind with potty training etc...
