Some Pits and Pits mixs are beind dumped outside the City with tags on them says thing like I'm a sweet dog my name is. this is crazy. the dogs that are being dumped if they don't die or are funture to fined someone to take them in with form wild dog packs and the Problem has just got a lot big and and lot more dangerous. Why cant we jut hold the people who own the dogs accaount for what they do and put they in jail for what the dog has done. <img src="http://www.leerburg.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" />
