They are a bit too butch for me. I have fallen for shepherds myself.....a bit butch of a breed for some also I guess. i just read on a web site that shepherds are horrible with children and a dangers to them. Good thing my dog can't read I guess... Like I tell my kids, the world can be full of stupid people sometimes.

I wrote to the reporter regarding the comment "akin to a pit bull", he apologised and said it was edited in after he wrote the story, he neither believes that or would have written that. A retraction of the comment will be published.
