Can you guys look at the websites and determine which is more promising for me?
My GSD, Mufasa v.Grunenfeld, is 6 months old and is from a VERY long line of high scoring dogs. I want to get his BH title right now in order to prepare himself for further SCh titles leading up to ScH 3.
Malik, You have a little time as you can't get a BH until your dog is 15 months old.
Thank you for that information. I will then take my dog to obedience training that both schools offer. I will do this in order to make a strong obedience foundation in order to have greater control when I start schutzhund at 15 months.
Can you reccomend me a school for such a task as mine? I have noticed that you are located in the same relative area as me and so do you recommend any other school?

Malik, I don't know anything about the schools, so I can't advise you, sorry. You may want to start going to some of the sch clubs, there are a number of them, so you would be looking for the one that "fits" with you & your dog.

Thank you for your advise.
May you advise me as to which ScH clubs are accepting new members in the LA area?
I have heard that the prices are high. My friend has both of his American blood GSD's their for basic obedience.
Both training centers have a garuntee on their work so that seems promising.
I will definately check out west coast k9 soon.
I can not travel to another state to train my dog right now. I have school.
My GSD, mufasa vom grunenfeld, has been at California k9 Academy for 4 weeks now and is a CHANGED DOG. He complies immeadietley to the plots, zets, blibe, foos, nine, fooey, brav, and foran. I will begin teaching him bite work and the bit laug. He will be at the K9 Academy for 2 more weeks and then I will start taking him to a schutzhund club.
I chose not to go to the trainging center in Fontana because it is too far for me to travel a couple times a week. Instead I am going to go to a club Mr. Rodriguez recommended. As soon as I get my dog back I will take him to the petsmart that fears him and he will show everyone what a tame and obedient dog he is.
I highly recommend California K9 Academy to anyone who wants REAL results.
