I think they've opened up to the idea of ferret keeping but they don't much care for people keeping exotics. Yes, some people are idiots and shouldn't own them but others do a fine job of it. They also oppose all animal research, which I oppose as well if it's for cosmetics but for beneficial medical research, hey anything helps, right? They're sorta on my iffy-list due to research I did a few years ago, but I don't know if they've changed lately or not.

Hmmmmm, could we give the "Canine-Americans" the right to vote and take it away from the "Human-Americans"?
