Has anyone here worked with Dutch Shepherds? I have always really liked them, and thought of getting one, but haven't met many because they are few and far between. A 5 month old bitch came into my work today and she was gorgeous, with a typical shepherd attitutde. I loved her and she sparked my interest on the breed again.
Any info, links, breeders would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Hello Mikelia
I own two duchies Cali is at 10 months and she is phenominal in search wether its an artical search or a man track, anything for that matter, she's a natural. third time i threw a ball she lern't to fetch after that we would do artical serches at 3 months there was nothing i can hide oh it blew my mind away. obsticles, her atitude is what obsticle there is nothing in her way. My other Duchie five and a half months old male is named Nuki (inuktitut word for strength, mussle, tendent, comes from the word nukilima - full strength) and he lives up to it. Nuki is a P.S.D Dog again natral first time we ever did bite work or water work he was a natrual, also he has learnt from watching cali search, only i don't think you want him to be looking for you. i reccomend this breed to anyone who would need a working dog lots of energy but energy that is not out of control. i always look forward to giving them there next challange and changing up there training grounds.
