so your saying bite training and prey drive isnt important in a 7 month old pup. your right i havent posted anything about obedience, he listens but when their are distractions he doesnt im not sure what to do in a situation like that i could use corrections but when ive tryed hes yelped and i believe hes a soft dog. if hes given a correction and then let off leash and called he will lay down and not come. he just seems to be interested in everythign else, which i believe is because im around all the time and he has free run of the house. would it be alright leaving him outside if i bought the heating pad and but some wool blankets in the dog house which has a carpet flap over top to block drafts, around - 20 any colder and i wouldnt keep him outside. he stays inside every night no matter what but i mean during the day time. i just have never raised a PP dog and dog want to screw it up. thanks again

Nope, I didn't say that at all - please don't try and put words in my mouth, you're not good at it.
I did however say something about obedience training. And a future pp dog without obedience training is a hazard. From this post, you don't sound like you have a firm grip on the fundaments of obedience training, and it would be important that you learn those step before you start on protection training.
If your dog is distractable ( as you have indicated ), you haven't acheived focus yet - and if you don't have focus, you certainly shouldn't be working on grip training now, should you?
Worry about the basics first ( which would be obedience ) , then you can advance to higher level training.
