I would again chime in that I attended the last K9 Nation Flinks seminar and it *totally* rocked.
If I was not in the middle of my Culinary program I would happily drive 1100 miles to attend the seminar again this time, but I know that I can't so I'm just going to envy those of you that get to go this time.
To those of you that get to attend....you lucky SOB's!!
Dear William,
It was our pleasure to have you attend the seminar last year. We do regret that you can not make it this time, you and your wealth of knowledge will surely be missed.
For everyone else I would like to let you guys know FINALLY the information regarding the seminar is now available, just click under Seminars at my website. I also would like to remind you the seminar will be held at K9Nation's new training facility located in the Oneonta,NY area.
Adam, Not sure if you got a chance to go yet but I finally did and must say it was a great experience.
I not only got the chance to start training my dog and myself with Francesco but I also got to meet and do a little work with his dogs and must say they are amazing and you would be selling yourself short if you dont go and meet him and some of the dogs he has. The drive these dogs have is just CRAZY! And yet they are perfectly balanced.
I honestly think the best part about the training is how quickly he and his dogs can get you learning and quickly fix any flaws you might have had or would develop with a lesser trainer and dogs.

I'm Located in Upstate NY (near Syracuse) and I am looking to get into a club before I commit to buying a working line dog that needs activities such as obediece and Schutzhund?
Also looking at a few breeders in NY??
Anybody have any suggestions as to what breeders to check out?? I'm probably not looking to buy for a while (6 months or so). I want to be sure that I am interested in the training and commitment in takes before I proceed??
I am supremely impressed by one breeder in NY (Von Hayden GSD), and haven't really been able to find anything else that compares in NY?? I am very open to suggestions??
Adam,
To be in New York and not go see Francesco would be a crime. Steve is right about Francesco and his dogs. I'm in Calif. and I own one of them and I'm trying to figure out how to go back there to see him for further training.
