i'm not in the market, but just out of curiousity: it says you are offering "several" for sale - which ones (ie, males/females, don't take the time to point them out in photos) and why only several? hope it's not a trade secret or something.

we are offering a few of the males for sale. We typically hold back our top 2 picks for future stud dogs. There were 6 males, and there is NO way I can raise that many pups at once. We typically keep one or two females in foster homes or here at our place for potential Leerburg breeding females. We kept 4 females out of the Sage/Natan litter.
It's all a crap shoot when you are dealing with puppies, but we know the bloodlines so well we have a pretty good idea of how each litter will turn out, especially using Natan in the breeding program again. These puppies are like peas in a pod, and are hard to tell apart other than subtle differences in color. We like that!
Watching puppies grow is so much fun...thanks for keeping us in the loop on their development. If I had the money, I'd certainly apply to purchase one of these awesome pups. These really are once in a lifetime puppies!
jennifer: ditto. unfortunately though i have too many animals, not enough $$$.
judging from the videos of the dogs, the huge number of testimonials, and the fact that i can't seem to track down anyone unsatisfied with having bought a leerburg pup, i'm pretty sure in a decade or so this is where i'll be buying my first working dog.
i haven't tried schutzhund yet, but i have a feeling it's going to bite me...
It’s amazing, the science & technology that has allowed you bring Nathan back into your bloodlines after all this time. Has there been any particular one out of either litter so far that Ed has taken a special interest in?
Seeing pups interact with each other at that age is priceless; makes me happy. THANKS for doing the videos. The sables and the bicolors are so similar it's hard to know who's doing what, but I noticed the sable who took possession of the orbee, the bicolor who wagged his tail constantly (how precious!), another sable (or the same one) who tried to get the orbee without stepping in the pee puddle on the newspaper, so he went around the food dish to grab the string end of the ball. Problem solver!
And the pic of the 2 bicolors shoulder to shoulder - oh my goodness how sweet! You need to capture that frame, print it out and hang it in your office!

Ed is raising a male from the Sage/Natan litter (born 9-1-06). His call name is Bravo and he's quite a dog already. Hope to get some photos and video of him online in the future, but right now my plate is pretty full!
