Sefi, I loved your post, especially the part about her desperate look prong pinching your cold heart. What a good thing you are doing.
I say, go with your heart and you can always go with your head later. Build her up now and perhaps later she could be placed in a search and rescue or disability dog situation as was suggested.

for know iv been contact some sar folks will see what they have to say about her...
iallready start to preper her abit, today when igo to do some hiding at open area (preaparing the train for my dogs) itook her along iasked from afreind to hold her abit and idid hide in abush - she did great for her age she hade found me willingley and quike...
idid afew other hiding of myself and she did prety good aswell.
she allso find the ball when thrown to the grass and bush nicelly and with along search for her age (about 2.5 mints of search) we took some picture and movie aswell hope il manage to post it here
so for now on im working her abit ido alot of expuser asswell.
next week ihope atrainer will come an see her. will see how things will turn out.
