Have they evaluated her or anything? Or is all you have to go by is what the owner told them? Are they close by? Can you go out with a friend to check her out?

But without seeing the behavior that is just a thought. At least the place is recommending that the dog go to a home where someone can handle her and hopefully she finds a home with a responsible handler that will give her the stimulation she sounds like she needs.
