I agree that no dog will do 100% obedience, specially with difficult commands. I just thought that 80% reliability on the sit command was a little, how should I say this, unreliable?
I'm kinda new to this marker training (used to do it the old fashion way) so I just didn't realize markers were just for training new stuff. Guess that's why 'good boy' isn't such a good marker. It makes sense to use a clicker, though, since you will only use it to teach new behaviors. There's no way you'll say 'click' when speaking on the phone, if you know what I mean. Bad joke sorry.
