One of my puppies that was recently born has some kind of infection in his eyes. I have injected him with an antibiotic, and seems to have gotten better. All the other puppies are well except for that one that has the infection on his eyes. Any ideas to what may be causing this. They are german shepherd and barely 3 weeks old. Has anybody had this problem with any of there litters (please help me, I am afraid the puppy will go blind)

You need the vet, IMO.
There are several causes for puppies having eye discharge, such as upper respiratory infection, and the infection can be viral or bacterial.
The improvement with antibiotics makes it sound like bacterial, but at that age and when it involves the eyes, I'd want the vet. I'd want to ask about topical meds in conjunction with antibiotics, and I'd want professional advice about how long to keep the puppy on the meds.
Conjunctivitis, for example, would require a couple of topical meds, and it can indeed cause blindness if not treated properly.
