that has the PH1 routine on it. it isn't very similar to schutzhund at all. some major differences: no tracking in KNPV; protection routines are done with a helper in a suit. no sleeves; KNPV has water work in it. there really is a bunch more. basically the protection routine has many more things in it than the SchH routine like a bicycle apprehension, object guard, etc.
without getting into too much of a debate...the PH1 routine takes a lot more time to train than a ScH1 does. that's why you don't see any 18 month old PH1's out there
