Just out of curiousity, how do you pick the homes for the pups when you're looking to send them to working homes? Do you expect that the buyer is already in the sport, or just that they're interested?

I like to place my pups with people who are already in some type of sport or work BUT it all depends on the person and their situation. Lots of dog experience helps, and drive on the handler's part to learn is the most important thing.
If someone is new to Malinois or new to working dogs but they are going to be working with someone like Ivan Balabanov, Michael Ellis or Dave Kroyer , I am going to feel pretty good about sending a pup to that person.
