How exactly is everybody putting pictures on their profile??? You sll have websites that is is attachedto,or is there an easire to get a picture on our profiles????
1.) Like others have said, first make sure it's SMALL (not just in KB size, but also visually). You can do this if you have a PC through the Paint program everyone gets with Windows, you don't need fancy image software. Or, I can help Yuko out and you can send it to me via e-mail or PM and I'll set it up for you.
2.) Upload that properly sized picture to Photobucket or the like and copy the link.
3.) In your profile signature section type or paste your URL BETWEEN these:
Make sure there are no spaces, or it won't work (I learned this because I am space-happy).
When you click on "Preview" your picture should show up, if not, you did something wrong.
Amber, you're so patient and helpful to everyone, how sweet
I'd go and give you more stars if I could, hehe.
Adam, if you go to the general conversation part of the board and look at the "can we post pictures in our signatures" thread, you'll see that this whole issue has been discussed ad nauseam. Lol.
Any question you could come up with has probably been covered there. You can sign up for a free account on photobucket.com or flickr.com, it's easy, quick and painless!
If you have trouble resizing your images and compressing the file, then by all means, feel free to send them over to me for extra assistance (or ask Amber, she's done a lot of helping too with this image thing). Good luck

Thanks. Everytime that I search I get nothing that pertains to my search paramaters??
THanks again
1. You're posting to the Obedience section.
2. In "search," use a one-word search term for the best results (usually), use "search all forums" to catch threads in the wrong place (many, many threads.... :grin, and widen that pre-set one-week date range. Voila!
I suspect you are using a search term that is more than one word and one of them is ubiquitous, like maybe "dog." If you are using the one-week date range, say, then it will try to give you every post in the last week with the word "dog" in it.
In addition to what Connie said, if you're looking for a recent post, you can click on "active topics" and it will give you a time range to choose from. This helps to keep people from replying to threads that are a few years old. This is not to say you shouldn't read the old threads...they are chock full o' goodness.
