I'm lucky that I have found Canidae kibble at a local pet store, so it is no hardship to get it. I'll keep you all updated on my doggies health- particularly my smelly friend Garm. Heh.
On a side note- Diane, I looked at the pictures of Nickie and she kind of looks like my other dog, Vidar, in the face. So it got me curious. What kind of dog is Nickie? Vidar is half Golden Retriever and half... something else. He looks more like the "something else". Someone suggested boxer, someone else suggested pit bull. I guess he could be both.

Actually, Nickie is a "he". His father was a brindle bullmastiff and his mother was an all black pitbull. He is 9 months old and weighs over 70 lbs - quite a handful.
On another note about his diet - I also give him a raw egg every other day and also each morning a couple spoonfuls of low-fat plain yogurt. I think that also helps with his sensitive stomach.
