I'll try to keep this short. Was socializing my new puppy today at 7-11. A woman comes out walking our way. My boy sees her and goes her way, loking adorable as he takes after his daddy(me)LOL. She gets up to us and reaches down to him over the top of his head. I tell her please no petting. She says why what is he doing? I tell her we are socializing and he is a possible ppd and don't want him to be petted. She than says I am a dog trainer but just do obedience. After she leaves I think to myself a dog trainer who first does not ask handler if dog can be petted and than comes over the top of dogs head???? Is it just me that thinks this was all wrong on her part to do? Anyway the rest went very well today. Day two there and he paid little attention to the cars on very busy road and did very well around all people. He is a n eight week old Mali.
