I saw the news article in this weekends local newspaper here in NW Ohio......good for a laugh when I pictured the dog being sworn in, paw raised high in the air.
I got my dog Max a credit card, scary how easy it is, no wonder a lot of people end up in trouble, get a degree that means nothing with a credit card that took less than a day to obtain. Makes me want to take a closer look on the wall at the Dr's office
