I order all of my dog stuff there (They sell Kenic shampoo that is safe to use with Advantage; I had no idea how hard it was to find an Advantage safe oatmeal shampoo) and the people that I have spoken with are all very helpful. One time my mother decided to surprise me with a new leash for Auster. The one she picked was backordered and they let me pick a different one and change the order <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> (she prefers nylon and I would rather have leather). Lynn Cheffins Webboard User Reg: 04-17-2002 Posts: 617 Loc: Offline	Foster and Smith was very prompt and the vaccines were very well packaged with ice packs etc when I ordered from them. I haven't ordered vaccines fom KV but when I ordered other stuff they were very fast to ship.
