Did anyone else see this segment on the morning news this morning?
They hyped up a vet coming on to discuss feeding alternatives in light of the Pet Food Recall. I was excited that raw feeding or at least home prepared meals would be mentioned.
I was hugely disappointed. Guess what this vets mindblowing advice was??
You should switch your Pet to another brand of food!!!
What the ?. As if people didn't already know that. Hmm, I'm currently feeding my dog XXX brand and it's on the list of recalled food. Maybe I should just keep feeding it and hope for the best? I was really angry and disapointed in the media after seeing that.
This was a great opportunity to introduce people to other feeding options and was totally wasted.
Switch to another brand, well no (expletive left out) sherlock.
