Was doing some research on nutrient values in different foods which in the past has been very hard to find, but hit the jackpot today. This site gives nutrient values to tons of different foods, including RAW (!). Example, chicken nutrient values are given for cooked, fried, etc, and raw, as well as the different parts of the chicken's nutrient value! For example, here's the specific site for raw chicken giblets: http://www.nutritiondata.com/facts-C00001-01c20Ad.html
From that specific site, you can research all different raw foods. I got to that site from a google search, but don't have time to figure out how to get to there (the Nutritional Analysis tab) from the home site. For me, that's good enough, it's what I wanted.
They write how to interpret the Nutrient Balance Indicator, and if you scroll down on a food you're researching, all the info is there as well.
They even have the nutrient value for raw caribou bone marrow, how cool is that!

Wow -- cool is right. I was looking for exactly this information a while ago. It will be interesting to refer to now 'cause I want to feed more variety of protein sources.
