After years of coming to leerburg for advice and info, i've recently joined the forum and just want to introduce myself and my dogs. I live in athens, ga with my GSDs Dillinger, Kobi, Porter, and my GSD/border collie girl, Jersey. I've been training informal obedience and teaching owners about canine psychology for 4 years now. Not anything like schutzhund, but more along the lines of teaching new dog owners what it means to be in control of your dog and pack and how to communicate correctly, and fairly with dogs. My oldest GSD (5 years), dillinger, is who led me to leerburg and eventually into training ... when i brought him into my family i had no idea a GSD could be so terribly skittish, and nervous! However, after utilizing the info i gained from leerburg, Dillinger is 95% stable in temperment and downright outgoing and friendly with everything and everybody ! So here's my gang at some of our favorite mountain biking destinations! I have a litter of pups right and I am cooking very good diners for hubby these days so that I can convince him to let me keep one We'll see if it works! Kacie, I think I take more pictures of my dogs than my little girls, my dogs will stay for the pictures much longer
