I recently purchased a 4 1/2 month old male german shepherd a few days ago. I'm not sure if I really have a problem or not. My shepherd is not aggressive at all. My shepherd just seems to lay around and not get excited over anything. I can't get him to play with toys or really even me for that matter. He just wants to lay down next to me or around me. He just now started to really seem interested in food today. I started training him on sit and come today after giving him a few days to get adjusted to his new home. He seemed to do pretty good I will give him. Any suggestions on how to get him interested in balls or higher food drive. And should I be worried about him being so lazy/calm and not what I figured a puppy should be like?
