that are available to purchase for those who want to feed BARF but don't want to do it
themselves.

I took a look at this site. I didn't recall seeing anything about price. It seems that most of these frozen diets are more expensive than the regular raw diets. I guess you will pay for convenience.
Chuck F., They only post a brief synopsis of the article. If you want a single issue with the whole article it is $7.50 or $10 for non-subscribers. The cost of a year long subscription to Whole Dog Journal is $20U.S. They do have a 14-day free trial however, you could get the current issue for free.
Yes, all prepared food (just like with humans) is probably more expensive per pound than if you were to do it yourself.
