Many breeders who feed kibble (as you've probably guessed, by now, that's not the favorite way to feed on this board ) will soak kibble as they're weaning them onto it. THe dog's food isn't supposed to be watery for his whole life.
Can I ask what, specifically, you're feeding? Is it the same food as the breeder was feeding? I ask because often, dietary changes can cause loose stools.
I'm with Michael...don't medicate your dog if you don't have to. I don't know why the vet didn't test to be sure.
Giardia, if it is Giardia, is found in contaminated water, so you might want to check your water supply to make sure you won't be reinfecting her with it.

Hi Amber,
I'm feeding her the same food as the breeder did.
It's FROMM Large Breed Puppy Gold. Are you (or anyone else) familiar with it and can give me your opinion(s).?

To be honest, I think the vet doesn't know for sure and it's more than likely a combination of de-worming and a new home.
I don't have any personal experience feeding dogs the Gold. But I would encourage you to think about raw, and if not, then this is a list of some excellent kibbles.
