Hi folks! I noticed my 6-month old GSD loves to sleep once he gets his airconditioned room time. It's been really hot here lately and what me and my family does is that we let him stay with us in the house most of the day where it's airconditioned. Is it ok for my pup to sleep, sleep and sleep? He does get at least 2-2 1/2 hours of activity daily c/o of our long walks and training. But other than that, he'd rather sleep.

Would you like to trade pups for a week?
We have a home office, so we are “trying” to get work done during the day. One of the books or DVDs said that new puppies sleep 16 hours a day. I don’t think Starbuck sleeps more than 8-10 hours.
I was gone all day yesterday 7 am to 7 pm and my wife said that the pup was going non-stop all day. I get home and she still wants to play and run outside. We went to bed at 11:00 PM and she was up again at 6:00 am!!!
