Tjey have him on probably the same dips...they also have him on Ivermetin (sorry bout the spelling) the heartworm meds anyway, he also has a foot infection so is on some kind of anit-biotic. plus the thryroid meds....Tech told me today they give him seven cups of food a day and he is still with no weight, so that is why they may think internal disorder now along with other issues....I will know more later.

I've just been reading about soy causing and exaserbating thyroid problems in people on http://www.westonaprice.org. I don't see why it would be different for dogs. If he has been eating food with soy that may be causing him problems.
Vaccinosis may also be part of his problem with his skin. Homeopathic Thuya was listed as a remedy for vaccinosis on http://www.bestfrisbeedogs.com/vaccinequestion.html.
Just wanted to up date every one, they have STILL NOT TAKEN TO VET...What a shame...now the kennel master (so she calls herself) are starting to get sideways about this volunteer thing,and the fact they have not taken him yet...Now I see why volunteers are NOT lining up at their doors....very sad
