Pia Marsch Webboard User Reg: 04-01-2007 Posts: 2 Loc: Offline	I'm new in this matter and I don't know anything about e collars. I would like to buy e collar and stimulation levels are confusing me. Innotek e collar stimulation levels are 7 + tone and in Dogtra the levels are low to medium? What is the difference? Which one is better? We would like to use e collar for obedience and protection training. Thank you for helping novice

You cant compare the numbers between brands, a 7 on an Innotek is more than a 60 on a Dogtra, because Dogtra's go 0-120 and Innotek is 1 2 3 4 5 6 7. I also much prefer the vibrate on dogtra to the tone from innotek. I recently bought a 1500NCP Dogtra, it's great. The 1600 is the same but waterproof, and the 1700 has an LCD display, but 1500-1700 are all the same power levels if I remember correctly. Thats probably about all most people ever need.
