Goran' the 4 month old Pup. does not chew his Food, He is fed on Orijen Kibble, along with his Salmon oil and Vitamin E capsule. He does not chew anything just swallows it, I have tried spreading it around but he is just like a Hovver sniffs it out and bolts it down, mind you he should be good at tracking
anyone have any ideas how to get him to chew his food. He looks well and full of life but it does concern me
My friends dog did that for a few months. She taught his the command slow down. This women has has dogs her whole life. It took a while but he got it i really don't know much i know that is what she did.
I put a large Galileo dog-toy in the food bowl after measuring the food into it. If they have to eat around the toy it slows them down a bit. Fortunately, I've only ever had one dog that thought to remove the toy before eating.
