A while back someone posted a good link on how to train the object guard. Being left handed and polish I can not find it. Can someone hold my hand and show me where it is? Thank you.

I've found that going to the left side of the webpage where it says "Search our Site" and entering keyword/s often gets very good results. I entered "object guard". You might want to try that, as there were more results than the one I posted.
